Bob Moran

Bob is Head of Environment Strategy at the UK’s Department for Transport having previously worked at the UK’s Office for Low Emission Vehicles, a cross Government policy unit working to position the UK as a global leader in the design, development, manufacture and deployment of zero emission vehicles and associated technologies.
Bob was awarded a Ph.D. in Biomechanical Engineering from Edinburgh University in 2002 having graduated from there with an Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1997. Bob is an Associate Member of the I Mech E.
