Gary has worked in the waste sector for the duration of his career, initially focusing on all aspects of fleet engineering and project management. 

Having joined Veolia in 2003 as Fleet Manager for Veolia’s London Municipal business; Gary gained extensive experience of all aspects of Local Authority fleet management, working on specific developments in innovation including tenders and managing customer relationships.

Gary found opportunity to take on additional responsibility outside of London and the Municipal business line and was promoted to Fleet Director in 2016, where he was responsible for all aspects of fleet management across the entire Veolia business.
