Tim Campbell has over 35 years experience of working at many levels within the commercial vehicle industry working at both dealer and manufacturer level, from Research & Development to National Sales Manager as well as running vans and trucks for a living as Contract Hire and Rental Director for a major European bank subsidiary. In the late 1990’s he setup Campbells Commercial Vehicle Marketing which become Europe’s leading market research company working exclusively in the global commercial vehicle market, in 2014 the data division was acquired by Road Transport Media.
Over the years he has spoken to numerous European and international audiences on all types of issues facing the commercial vehicle and transport sectors and has a particular interest in manufacturer globalisation and alternative fuels. With a home in the US for 16 years, he spends the majority of his time attending various commercial vehicle related exhibitions and has visited most major markets including Russia, India, China, Japan, Brazil, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, as well as many European countries and, of course, the USA, Canada and Mexico.
