eMobility Infrastructure - a Mercedes-Benz Trucks roundtable broadcast
In association with
For Mercedes-Benz Trucks, eMobility is about more than just a new drive system. Customers need a holistic ecosystem, and to set the right course for the optimal use of electric trucks, and ensure the smoothest changeover to zero-emission fleets, the manufacturer has announced a collaborative partnership with infrastructure providers Engie EVBOX in the UK. This was announced alongside the World Premiere of the all-electric Mercedes-Benz eActros late last month.
Following the success of the first Mercedes-Benz Trucks eMobility customer roundtable event held in March, our second eMobility roundtable discussion will focus on infrastructure.
The roundtable will be hosted by George Barrow from Motor Transport, with an introduction from Mercedes-Benz Trucks UK Managing Director Wolfgang Theissen, and presentations from Daimler Truck AG’s Henry Johnson and ENGIE EVbox. Also contributing to the discussions are a number of fleet operators from a variety of different sectors.
Between them, these experts will discuss charging infrastructure solutions, including the building measures and investments which are involved when implementing centralised depot charging of a truck fleet on the company's own premises.
